Welcome to ARQ Method

ARQ Method is a performance-driven fitness and recovery experience designed to elevate training, community, and longevity.

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and ARQ Method, LLC (“ARQ,” “we,” or “us”) and govern your use of our facilities, services, website, and booking platforms (collectively, the “Services”).

Agreement:  By accessing or using ARQ Method, you agree to these Terms.

Account & Eligibility

To access ARQ Method Services, you may be required to create an account. By doing so, you agree:

  • To provide accurate and current information

  • To maintain the security of your account

  • That you are at least 18 years old, or have guardian consent

You are responsible for all activity under your account.

Membership & Services

ARQ Method offers recurring memberships, class packages, and single session bookings. Memberships automatically renew unless canceled in accordance with these Terms. We reserve the right to modify class schedules, instructors, or offerings at any time to maintain the quality of the experience.

Bookings, Cancellations & Policies

All reservations are managed through our booking platform.

  • Classes may be reserved in advance

  • Cancellations must be made at least 10 hours prior

  • Late cancels or no-shows may result in:

    • Loss of class credit

    • Applicable fees for members

Refund Policy:  All purchases are non-refundable.

Payments & Billing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree:

  • To Stripe’s terms and privacy policies

  • That ARQ Method does not store full payment details

  • That charges may include memberships, classes, fees, and taxes

If a payment fails, access to Services may be suspended.

Recurring Memberships

By enrolling in a membership, you authorize recurring billing. You acknowledge:

  • Charges will occur automatically based on your selected plan

  • Membership continues until properly canceled

  • No refunds are issued for partial billing cycles

Cancellation requires advance written notice in accordance with your membership terms.

Booking Platform

ARQ Method uses Mariana Tek for scheduling and account management. By using our platform, you acknowledge:

  • Your data is processed through this system

  • ARQ is not responsible for platform outages or technical issues

  • Platform policies (waitlist, booking rules) apply

Freeze & Cancellation Policy

Memberships may be frozen subject to the following:

  • Minimum freeze: 2 weeks

  • Maximum freeze: 6 weeks per calendar year

  • Requests must be submitted in advance

Membership cancellations must follow agreed commitment terms. No refunds will be issued for prior charges.

Use of Facilities

You agree to:

  • Follow all posted rules and staff instruction

  • Use equipment safely and responsibly

  • Respect the space, staff, and community

ARQ Method reserves the right to deny access or terminate membership at its sole discretion.

Assumption of Risk

You understand that participation in fitness and recovery activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:

  • Physical injury

  • Illness

  • Equipment-related risks

  • Cardiovascular events

You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.

Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release ARQ Method and its team from liability related to participation in Services, including claims arising from ordinary negligence. This release does not apply to gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

Health & Medical

You confirm that:

  • You are physically able to participate

  • You will consult a physician if needed

  • You will stop activity if symptoms arise

You consent to emergency medical care if necessary and accept responsibility for associated costs.

Communicable Disease

You acknowledge that use of shared spaces may expose you to illness. You assume all associated risks and release ARQ Method from related liability.

Privacy & Data

Your use of ARQ Method is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. We do not sell personal data and take reasonable measures to protect your information.

Fraud & Security

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel suspicious transactions and to request verification for certain purchases. All payments are processed in compliance with PCI-DSS standards.

Termination

ARQ Method may suspend or terminate access at any time for violation of these Terms or misuse of Services.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in Leon County, Florida.

Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of ARQ Method constitutes acceptance of any updates.
